#AskTheExpert my kid is 3 months old and having mother milk. I want to know if my wife can take COVID vaccine?

if you experience any symptoms like fever, body pains, headaches, joint pains then take paracetamol .

Wash hands often before touching baby
Wear mask use hand sanitiser
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
