#AskTheExpert my kid is 2 months old and he is having cold and cough since birth. We consulted doctor also they told it will go after sometime automatically . Any suggestions.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he is having a cold cough since birth so it’s very important to see if he has some congenital lungs 🫁 deformity so consult with paediatrician

A. this is allergic rhinitis baby is having Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week

A. good morning I would recommend you to please ajwain potli under the pillow of the child is advisable that you try to give your baby indirect steam inhalation a couple times in the day and massage with warm mustard oil
