it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy.
very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and xother supplements.
drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet.
go for reguxlar scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist
