#AskTheExpert my hair fall is heavy after delivery.is there any medicine for reducing the hair fall and is it safe for taking medicine why because we are planning for second.please advice in this reard

no need to take any medicine. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for hair and skin. Walk for about half an hour in a day and expose yourself to sunlight to keep yourself fit.Avoid oily and spicy food.
Apply oil and gently give a massage leave it for half an hour and take bath. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath,avoid too much of hot water. Use mild shampoo. Repeat this twice in a week.Write Your Answer Here
