#AskTheExpert my first born is 6 years old n my newly born is 4 months and she is only on breast milk. kindly suggest me tips to protect my babies frm this pandemic.

Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Mom should take nutritious diet
Mom should take vitamin c (1 tab 500 mg) daily.
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
