#AskTheExpert my delivery was done on Feb 15, 2020 after 6 month my periods got started BT my period are irregular since 3 month, my date was 19 every month my periods got delay by 7 days so my last date was 31 of Dec since after that I never got periods till now. please guide me what step I need to take it

If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
