NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer but if the baby is active then it is usually not a problem and give your child well balanced nutritious food in the diet .. you can also try to include fruits vegetables green leafy vegetables dry fruit dairy products which will also help in the growth of the child
