#asktheexpert my daughter usually after playing alot or having done enough activity . she cry at night complaining of leg pain or foot pain . Is it normal

A. yes it is normal .This looks normal for the age and physiological so there is no need to worry for this. If the condition remain as such then examination can be done for further evaluation for same .

A. hi yes it happens because of growing pain or nutritional deficiencies . so please give iron and calcium rich diet like Ragi , green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, etc more give gentle massage on legs with Babyhug massage oil everyday.
