limit ghee or cheese or fried items
give fresh fruits and vegetables

Okay should be somewhere around 14 to 16 so your child is about 2 kg overweight if we take it that way so just try and increase the physical activity of the child make your child run and all and reduce down the intake of any kind of heavy food that you are giving maybe a little bit of protein alteration can be done but mass alteration can also be done
