#asktheexpert my daughter not eating food and milk , only mother milk she consume what should I give to her for height from now , as I am mother my height is short .

A. dear Mum, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Grains Pulses , powdered nuts Egg and Nonveg especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet. milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
