SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear Try to give different flavored food. Have a weekly plan that doesn't repeat any same taste. This is the first trick. Don't ever force feed baby. Try to use plates if your baby is getting older as they get scared seeing the same bowls or use different colored cups and bowls. Don't feed constantly over a stretch leave a break for five mins so they come back again. Feed at different places 10 mins here n 10 mins out this way it will relax their minds and yours too. Give few spoons of water in between feeds Fruits like apple banana chicko papaya avocado little mango veggies like carrot Potato beetroot brocoli all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet so baby wont have constipation problems.
