#AskTheExpert My Daughter Khadija (16months)...We are finding it hard to switch her from Semi-solid food to Solid food... Whenever we try to do so she Vomits... Can you Suggest us some kind of tricks to do so...

A. your baby needs still time to understand but i suggest you to feed daily roti sabji how much he want.. try to roll the chapati and give to his hand. Try making rice very soft. Add ghee ov the warm rice, and th en add daal and try feeding. identify when she is hungry.

A. Mostly, toddlers are fussy and picky eaters in the beginning as they take time to adjust to new eating patterns, therefore it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time. Serve in kiddie bowl or plate or cup from brands like Babyhug feeding range in different colors and shapes. Keep giving finger foods to develop chewing habits.
