#AskTheExpert My daughter isn't gaining weight and she is just 9.5kg. Birth weight was 3.2kg. We are giving all possible diets to her and she is super active.

Don't worry as she's super active as you have mentioned
Reduce intake of sugar and salt.
Give her natural sweetners
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more curd buttermilk lassi etc
