hi dear, my elder one is 4 too n I understand how this feels. this pandemic has had a lot of effect on kids n adults alike, you need to engage her n channelize her energy in the right direction. give her what she likes, ask her to help u in cooking, on in house chores. give colors n tell to paint. give clay n encourage clay modelling. get activity boxes subscription... they are good to keep the kid engaged for a couple of hours atleast, we have been using one from Wonderlearn for kids. my elder one likes solving puzzles and activity sheets. all in all I'm very much satisfied.

it may be due to some problem with the baby so you can consult a psychiatrist and a psychologist for same . no need to worry this will be fine .
