give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily

as kids grow their activity level is increased so sometimes too much activity level ,low absorption of calories ,etc
and if child is rejecting food, please check health issues like nutritional deficiency, worm infection, dehydration, teething, stomach problem like colic indigestion or constipation
