ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Sponge bath the child with towel soaked in normal water to reduce the fever and give calpol or solo drops to the child and repeat the dose after six hours and keep monitoring the temperature of the baby

Hello ma’am give Crocin DS The dosage is going to be as per the weight of your child and it is very well mentioned on the bottle itself with one dosage the fever will quickly come down because it is a strong medicine to go for so go for it I don’t see your paediatrician tomorrow
