A. Hello ma’am At this age mostly stomach pain is due to either stomach infection or it could be some other issue so I would not advise you to take it lightly instead I would advise you to consult your paediatrician for a proper check up as after that only you can figure out what is the reason and accordingly a medication can be suggested to you
