#asktheexpert my daughter is now 4 year old...when she was born her weight is 3.700 & till now her weight is 11.400...how I increase her weight?? [is vitamin D deficiency???]

A. consult doctor for nutritional deficiencies which can affect appetite and food intake deworming twice a year give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
