#AskTheExpert my daughter is not sleeping properly at the night, always taking feeding and shouting because of that her mom can't sleep and always has a headache.

A. Keep nighttime care low-key. When your baby needs care or feeding during the night, use dim lights, a soft voice and calm movements. This will tell your baby that it's time to sleep — not play.Make the routine similar to her bedtime routine but shorter. Try putting her down awake for naps, too. If she still has to work on that skill at bedtime, start there. When you're working on falling asleep independently at naptime, feel free to just work on one nap at a time.
