Give your child a well balanced healthy diet that includes all food groups. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day while feeding solids. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
