A. dear mum, to increase the weight of your 1 year 2 months old child, give a balanced diet having all the food groups now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whol

A. Thank you but my baby hates having outside milk so is there any alternate for the same as still she is having breast milk
