#AskTheExpert my Daughter is coughing during night times and vomit. we are using Hicet ax syrup. Can we continue the same medicine? please advise.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. better to give inhalation Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

If It has been prescribed by a doctor then you can go ahead with that but there is a limitation to these medicines also you can just give these medicines for 3 to 5 days of more than that if the time is over then don’t give this medicine consult your doctor ones
