Dear skin colour is always due to genetics but still I suggest you to use Mamaearth’s baby milky soft range (milky soft bar, face cream, etc) as these are very good and completely organic. no soap can help to change skin color
just choose weather appropriate clothes for your child
keep your child well hydrated
