#asktheexpert My daughter is almost 4 years old, but weighs jus 11.5 kgs. eating fruits and veggies, still doesn't gain weight. should I be worried?

A. Average weight for a 4 year old is somewhere around 13 to 16 KG ‘s. You can give lean meats eggs and food which are rich in proteins to add on some weight. A few babies will be genetically Lean but will have a good immunityWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi try to choose weight gain n healthy foods, Avocado 's are healthy and can help in weight gain too. You can give bananas thrice a week and you can also include potato, sweet potatoes, thrice a week, ragi can be given. Give supplements like pediasure too
