#asktheexpert My daughter is almost 1 year old. She still takes breastfeed 3-4 times a day. But since this week, her suckle has become so strong and hard that my nipples hurt. I've got bruises on both nipples and it is painful while breastfeeding. Please suggest what can be done, as she can't do without breastfeed.

A. gradually decrease the feeding session... and then stop.. it is important to keep the nipples well moisturized you can use Himalaya nipple soothing cream or mama Earth nipples soothing cream
