#AskTheExpert my daughter is 9.5 months old. her birth weight is 4.1 kg and current weight is 7.7 kg. she is active and playful. she eats from family pot minus sugar and salt. does she need any supplements as her weight is not gaining?

A. did the doctor find out what was the cause of the more birth weight of the baby ? it is better that you consult your pediatrician in person so that they can examine and find out if there are any causes like hypothyroidism that might be causing this low weight gain of the baby

A. Hi mommy Give ultra D3 drops Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hydration Stay hydrated healthy Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
