#AskTheExpert my daughter is 7 months old she is not sleeping well she just taking 15 to 20 minutes nap what should I do to sleeps deeply for 1 hour

A. Hello mom This is quite normal now you baby is growing up and baby will not take a proper sleep in day time and will sleep well during night. So you should definitely not worry about it at all. If your baby is active and taking proper meals on time, then every thing is
