#AskTheExpert my daughter is 7 months old; advise on healthy foods; since her weight is too low

A. Hello mom you can give her steamed vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots etc , fresh seasonal fruits such as bananan, chikku , papaya etc . Kichidi or dal and rice or make porridge with ragi or suji or multigrain mix you can add some ghee on their meals
