Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is 6 months old. we have started feeding semi solid food for her. Everyday After about 1 hr of feeding, she wants to have breast milk. Is this normal or do we need to feed the solid food more Presently she is taking abt 2 tbsp of ragi porridge.

A. You can gradually increase the quantity of the semi solid food like from two spoons to half katori and atleast maintain two hours gap between feed and giving foods to the baby

A. Hi parent Raagi is good but please give her soups , probiotics and meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits keep her hydrated don't use Demineralized water for drinking use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
