#asktheexpert my daughter is 4 nw she frequently gets caught.. she doesn't consume chocolates or any swets regularly or frequently wats the main reason behind her getting cought

Cold and cough are viral in origin.
Give steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold.
Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day to get relief from cough and cold
