ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear Mom the weight of the child increases by approximately 500 grams each month till 6 months of age make sure to exclusively breast feed the baby for the initial six months after the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast
