#AskTheExpert My daughter is 3 months old and on exclusive breast feeding. Should I continue with only breast feeding or do I need to give her some kind of formula feed also to meet her hunger and nutrition requirements.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Breastmilk is always the best milk. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding until six months. So far no one was able to make a perfectly alternate product for breastmilk which is highly nutritious and has some incredible elements. Formula is a close to and safe choice for those who cannot exclusively breastfeed due to various reasons. So if u have sufficient Breastmilk and baby is growing well there is no need to feed formula.
