#AskTheExpert My daughter is 23 months old.. she is used to eating rice for both lunch and dinner but recently she doesn't eat at all. Her intake is completely reduced but she is active and Playing.. what should I do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If your child is alert, active. Growth is well within normal parameters, than not much to worry about it.
Toddlers are fussy or picky eaters.
They will go through phases, sometimes they eat good n sometime reduces, but nothing to worry about it.. do give her mote energy dense food small amount kore often

may be because of digestion issues give Himalaya bonnison
try developing the fooding interest have meal together
