#asktheexpert my daughter is 20 months and she doesn't want to eat anything ..can I give her more milk instead,now c is having 350 ml of milk in 1 day

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, 350-400ml milk per day is sufficient. Too much milk intake itself will replace healthy solids. It can also lead to constipation and anemia. And research also says that too much milk in itself is a risk factor for losing bone calcium.
