#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2 yes 1 month 16 days old .she is facing difficulty in passing stool as it is very hard , yesterday we noticed blood in her stool which she passed after one day gap ,because of which she is not eating anything , this is happening from past one week that she is passing hard stool

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Serve plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Offer apricots, plums, peas, beans, broccoli, and prunes. If she doesn't like the taste of prunes, try adding prune juice to her milk: Just 1 ounce of prune juice in half a cup of milk can be very effective.
