#asktheexpert my daughter is 2 years old.she doesn't poop daily and when she is pooping,she is struggling to poop.i am very worrying about it.please give me your advice.

A. hi parent please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi please give more green leaf veggies and fruits please avoid maida items and packaged food please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
