#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2.10yrs old. she has her dinner at 8:30 or 9pm and small glass of milk at bedtime. she still gets up at 2am Or 3am for bottle feed. is it okay for her to get up like this?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to feed your baby proper dinner at night and try to change the habit of having milk at 2 pm. And also massage before sleeping and do feet massage for sound sleep. Take care
