Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter is 1yr 2 months old...how much cow milk should she drink a day?.She is barely taking 150ml now...I am told by my parents and relatives that she should take 500ml per day..She is loosing her hunger after drinking milk that so she is not taking solids she reduced her weight now...she is only 9.4kg...before starting cow milk she was 10kg...what should I do?

A. hello you should be giving your child three meals along with two snacks and cows milk on between and you should gve milk including all other dairy products around 500 ml whch would be sufficient and not more .. you can include curds also well which helps baby gain
