#AskTheExpert My daughter is 1 years old and she is just 7 kgs. At her birth she was 2.9 kgs. She eat very less. If I feed her more she immediately poop. What should I do for her growth?

A. frequent motions could be because of many reasons like some chronic infection which would be amoebiasis or indigestion or could be habitual also so it needs proper assessment to rule out the cause. but ifkq the smell colour and consistency of the motion is normal and there is no other problem like fever or vomiting you should not worry for now . you can give probiotic darolac 2 times a day and consult doctor if problem continues.

A. according to birth weight baby's weight should be triple at the age of one year old,try to give her all seasonal fruits and vegetables, soaked dry fruits, shakes like banana shake and mango shake to weight gain. and give milk and milk products
