Without doctors prescription don't use any ointments, medication.
As you found it as eczema use separate soaps, cream,bath lotions for baby which were prescribed .
For Home remedies neem leaves is best to reduce itching ,spots.
Grind neem leaves into fine paste and apply on skin where you get spots.
For faster results doctors suggestion is best.
