#asktheexpert my daughter doesn't drink any other milk (cow/formula) apart from breastmilk and my supply is less than half of required.she is 5 month old. What should I do please help

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care
