POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Using ubtan to lighten skin complexion. Ubtan or uptan, is a paste made of gram flour (besan), a pinch of turmeric (haldi) and milk, cream or curd. Sometimes a few drops of oil are added to the paste to treat dry skin.
