A. Hello dear parent! Post delivery pigmentation is due to hormonal changes. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include all food groups in your diet. Consult a dermatologist for a personal evaluation and seek further advice.
