it happens because of many reasons like dry skin,fever Rashes, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics ,heat or sweating or infection.
so please dress your child in Cotton clothes.
avoid using any cosmetics
keep your child in well vantileted room.
keep your child well hydrated
keep an eye on your child diet.
apply thin layer of Cetaphil lotion on it.
maintain good hygiene
