start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

When A child is having its teeth certain times this void eating any kind of it and they basically stick to only milk or any other liquid because it is very easy for them to digest it that way so just check that option once otherwise if your child is not eating more of solids try to give more of liquids
