#asktheexpert My child just turned 18 month. she still takes two naps a day. how to know if she is ready for one nap?

A. hello your baby is still small and normal to have 2 naps atleast till mon of 3 to 5 yrs and let baby have sleep which is improtant for the growth of the child also .. Any concern u can check with ur doctor whichbshould be better n safe also
