Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no need to worry even if your newborn is not passing stool 1 week to 10 days also do not use any medicines for inducing motions in the baby

No need to worry
It’s all normal and common in small baby
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give. Adequate feeding
Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
