#AskTheExpert my child is 2 and half years old, she is suffering from cold n cough , i can see mucus so thick with make her so uncomfortable to breathe. how could i treat it.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. yes need nebulization. this for now will require a detailed analysis of the issue and so now it is difficult to say the cause so can see a doctor for now and then can be said about this problem .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi first ,you need to maintain good hydration throughout the day. give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and ajwain seeds in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. you can give Turmeric milk with roasted ajwain seeds in it . give indirect steam to your child Which will help to thin the cough.
