#AskTheExpert my breastfeeding is not enough for my 6 months baby. I used formula milk n cow's milk for my baby. what to do to increase in breastfed

A. hi first ,drink lot and lot of water. take food items like nuts , dry fruits, drumsticks soup , different pulses etc which can help you to increase your breastmilk supply mam ,you may try pumping as it can also help in this. you may try Phillip Avent or Babyhug breastpump ,both are equally good and really helpful in this.
