#asktheexpert my breast milk is not adequate and I have to supplement with top feed (Nan Pro Excella). How do I know if my baby is adequately fed , not under or overfeed?? He is 25 days old. I can't understand when he is latching and sucking he is actually getting milk? When I use breast pump - milk does come like 30-50 ml after half hour of pumping

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
